# KTRL
> KTRL is a consumer lifestyle technology brand by INFUN TECH LIMITED. Its storefront sells a single-use portable smart patch for adult private moments.

Policy effective date: 2026-10-09.

Key facts:
- KTRL WDC201 is consumer lifestyle technology for men aged 18–60, subject to the complete contraindications in the user guide. KTRL3F is the trademark; A-KTRL-001 is the catalogue item number.
- KTRL is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- The patch is single-use, requires no charging, and is for external skin-surface contact only.
- Maximum cumulative powered-on time in one session is 30 minutes. Time switched off does not count; switching on again continues the cumulative limit. This is a use rule, not a claim about automatic timing or shut-off.
- Switch off before removing or repositioning within the same session. Gentle bending to fit the skin is allowed; sharp bending or folding is prohibited. Do not reuse across sessions.
- The patch uses 2 non-rechargeable LR927 batteries, rated at 1.5 V each.
- Orders are processed within 7 working days after confirmation and delivered within 21 working days after dispatch; tracking is provided after dispatch.
- Supported delivery countries (ISO codes): AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE, GB, MX, BR, TH, VN, MY, SG, ID, PH, AU.
- Current prices, stock and promotions are shown on the product page. Delivery charges and optional plain outer packaging fees are confirmed at checkout; customs charges may still apply.
- Non-quality returns, including unopened products, are not accepted. Report quality issues within one month after receipt, with the order number and clear photographs. No return shipment is required; support may approve a replacement or another appropriate solution.
- If support gives final approval for a refund, we initiate it through the original payment channel within 2 working days; bank processing determines arrival time.
- Delay begins the day after the 21-working-day delivery period ends and is counted in calendar days. A risk of substantial delay exceeding 30 calendar days allows customers who paid but have not received goods to contact support to request a refund; refunds are not automatic.
